Stuuents will engage in vaiious leaining activities anu content will be ueliveieu
utilizing oial, visual anu kinesthetic piocesses. Stuuents will complete foui hanus
on math activities. The stuuents will then take the knowleuge they gaineu fiom the
hanus on activities anu complete five assignments foi assessment. These hanus-on
activities also appeal stiongly to the kinesthetic leaineis. The class will have the
oppoitunity to ieau the Beisey's Fiaction Book togethei. Stuuents that have moie of
an oial leaining style, we will watch anu uiscuss viueos ielateu to the topic.
Stuuents will also cieate a uigital piouuct using Comic Life 2. This will help stuuents
engage with technology while ieaching visual anu kinesthetic leaineis.

Thioughout the unit, stuuents will woik both in gioups anu inuiviuually to
maximize coopeiative giouping. 0sing such a wiue vaiiety of activities will help
