Chingford Hall Information

Week Ending: Friday 21st March 2014

Sport Relief Chingford Hall staff, parents and pupils celebrated Sports Relief by having PE sessions on Thursday 20th March with Leyton Orient Sports Club. All pupils were excited to wear their PE kits all day whilst learning new skills and having fun. On Friday 21st March we wore our team/sports kits and contributed 1.00 to support Sport Relief UK. We had a fantastic school community dance to Word Up by Little Mix. Sports certificates for pupils displaying excellence in PE were presented. Thank you for all your support as we continue to enrich the lives of others as a school community.

Sports stars We have some budding sports stars at Chingford Hall. Jack Pearson, in year 4, took part in a 400m running event last week at Lea Valley Athletics centre and was awarded a gold medal. Katarina Hunter, in year 6, recently won a bronze medal for a National rhythmic gymnastics competition in Canterbury. Well done to our sporting stars!

Assembly Next week year 4 will be having their class assembly on Wednesday 26th March at 10.05am. Parents/carers are invited to attend.
