Student Council: A Last Day Report

The Keys School Manila Student Council composed of the president (Bella Abad), vice-president (Sofia Paterno), secretary (Gianinna Pedrosa), treasurer (Tommy Dee) and batch representatives (Trissy Cisv and Miguel Manahan) of the high school level. Their goal was in the beginning of the term was to well, represent the school and help in any problems the students of the school encounter, or in other words make the community a better place for students. But did they achieve this goal? Some people say that the student council doesnt or hasnt done anything, since certain projects planned didnt push through like the soiree with M.I School. Others say they are working on it and dont have enough time for these matters, but in my opinion, only a part of it is true. What Im trying to say, after resent events is that the student council has had plans that didnt push through, some problems not solved and small and some mistakes made. Sure, these things happened and some people might think the council is useless. But if you think about it they have done many things that did help and contribute to the school. Things like having the homework board or the High School Intro videos for the upcoming graduates were made by the council themselves. They even represented the school in different social events like the Anti Bullying Talk in Reedley and The Youth Lens Seminar in U.A.N.P. Planning different annual parties in school such as the friendship day and the upcoming Last Day of School party. So just to conclude in my opinion, have a little hope and be patient with things, especially when it comes to school issues and events for the student council.
