After waking up....

:- boiled water with lime and honey


After 2 hrs..............:- oats with water and almonds
breakfast................:- 3 pieces of brown bread nd skimed milk 250ml
After 2 hrs...............:- one bowl of fruits
lunch ......................:- 100gm of rice and cearls
After 2 hrs...............:- friuts with 250 ml skimed milk
Dinner.....................:-boiled veggies
Before bed...............:-250 ml skimed milk and Almonds

Note :- Milk should be double tonned (FatFree milk)
