What is cloning? How to do clone?

Examples Conclusion

Cloning is a reproductive technology to produce new individual vegetatively (asexual), so this new individual has property equal to its host. This means that every single bit of DNA is the same between the two. Beside that, the the appearance of the two individuals look same like the twin kids. Dolly the sheep is the example of the successful cloning product in this world.

Cloning is beginning with preparing the ovum, this cell is taken

from an organism. Then, the nucleus of the ovum is separated from the cell, so that the cell has no more DNA. This ovum which is emptied, purposed as a place for the new DNA. After that, the new DNA is taken from organism to be cloned. Remember, the new DNA taken from somatic cell, or simply we can take the new DNA from the the body parts cell. The new DNA is isolated so then they dont start to copy their own DNA. With some enzym, and stimulated with electric shock, the empty ovum and the DNA from organism to be cloned, is fused together. The cell then begin to develop as embryo, and implented to a host. In the host, the embryo grows until the day of birth.

We cant deny that cloning is a sophisticated reproduction technology. It has a lot of advantages for the mankind, but it also has the negative impacts. Some scientists ares planning to implement cloning to human. And we do believe, this disturbs the balance of life. So, we should think more to do human cloning. Because, it can lead us to a complex problems in this world.
