ABC Countdown The Last 26 School Days!

Dear Parents, Believe it or not, the school year is coming to an end! Everyone has worked very hard during the past eight months and we feel we deserve a little break in the routine. During the last 26 days of school, our class will be participating in an ABC countdown. This is a fun way to celebrate the last few days we have together in Kindergarten. Each school day will have a different activity depending on the letter of the day. Your child may need to bring or wear certain things on various days. Please use what you have at homethere is no need to buy anything new. This sheet will help your child remember what day in the countdown we are on. I hope your child enjoys his/her last days! Bring your favorite small stuffed animal to class. Read with a buddy today. Bring your favorite book from home. Dress to show a job you may enjoy. You will give a presentation on your future career! Bring your favorite art supplies for a free-style art session. Who doesnt love recess?!! Thats right, were going to visit the FARM! (Weather permitting) Bring in your favorite board game to play with others during Fun Friday! Wear your favorite hat to school. We are inviting parents in to help us make very hairy insects! Please join us! Bring a jump rope to school. Be sure to wear socks! Youll be able to take your shoes off in class. We will relax with a book outside today (weather permitting) and will be writing letters to someone special. Please bring an envelope with a stamp to school. We will have fun Math centers and watch a marvelous movie!

Come to school with your new name picked out for the day! You get to change your name for the day Wear as much orange as you can. You may also bring an orange to eat today. We will do our work outside as well. Wear some cozy pajamas for a relaxing day of learning and fun! SHHHHBring your pillow & several books to read quietly. You will get to go to another class today and read with a buddy! Wear some cool shades & bring some sidewalk chalk! Wear a plain white T-shirt or a T-shirt that the class can sign. Read and do work UNDER your desk today! We will be spending some time observing first grade today! Who will have the wackiest hairstyle? Wear comfy clothes and shoeswe will be walking to a surprise location! Bring a bag-well be cleaning out the classroom and taking supplies home. Last day of school! Congratulations! ZIP up your backpack and ZOOM out of school!
