    San Joaquin County Probation Officers Endorse James Mousalimas for County Superintendent of Schools
    Mousalimas continues to be the overwhelming choice of San Joaquin County.

    Stockton- James Mousalimas, current Deputy Superintendent of the San Joaquin County Office of Education, today announced that he has been endorsed by the San Joaquin County Probation Officers Association in his campaign to become the next County Superintendent of Schools.

    "The San Joaquin County Probation Officers Association is excited to endorse James Mousalimas to be our next County Superintendent of Schools, said Association President Paul Brennan. As Probation Officers, we need a strong partner in the County Office of Education to help us with programs that keep our youth from falling into the cycle of crime and gangs that plagues our neighborhoods. James Mousalimas is that kind of partner. We encourage everyone to vote for James Mousalimas as our next County Superintendent of Schools in the upcoming June election." With this latest endorsement, James Mousalimas continues to be the overwhelming choice of San Joaquin County as the June 3rd election nears. The San Joaquin County Probation Officers join San Joaquin County Teachers, San Joaquin County Deputy Sheriffs, Stockton Police Officers and the California School Employees Association in endorsing James Mousalimas to become our next County Superintendent of Schools. Along with being a long time county educator, James Mousalimas also sits on the board of the Community Partnership for Families and serves as Vice-Chair of the Measure S Oversight Committee. A former Peace Corps volunteer and graduate of UC Berkeley, the College of New Jersey and CSU Stanislaus, James is married to his wife of 24 years. Together they have three children, all of whom attended, or currently attend, local public schools.
