Columbia, 5C 29206 Jan.29,2014 To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter of reference for Cyndi Hill who has been under my supervision for her Internship I and II of Full Time Teaching. (Jan.2013-Dec. 2013) She will graduate in May,20l4 with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Ms. Hill was an outstanding intern. Her professionalism is uncommon for such a young woman. She is fastidious in her course work, projects and in her professional behavior. Cyndi always goes beyond what is asked of her to do. She attends workshops and other in-services with her coaching teacher on her designated days off from school. Ms. Hill is committed to her profession and her students' success. A11 lessons were prepared creatively to insure that her students have a meaningful learning experience. Cyndi Hill is a lifelong learner. She sets goals for herself and methodically meets the challenges that are presented in achieving these goals. She is insightful when it comes to critiquing her own work. Cyndi acknowledges she is a work in progress and seeks help from her coaching teacher and supervisor when

it is warranted.
Cyndi Hill would be an asset to any progftrm or faculty. She is supportive of her colleagues and works well in a team setting.

If you need any further info#ation, please feel free to contact me.
