Minutes of the Special Meeting East Sac County Community School District Board of Education May 1, 2014 The

meeting was called to order by Rodman at 12:00 p.m. at the East Sac County High School Lake View. Present were Rodman, Wilhelm, Drost, Lynch, and Stoltenberg. Dr. Fiene and one media representative were also present. There were no changes to the posted agenda. Stoltenberg moved to approve the agenda as presented, Wilhelm seconded; motion carried 5-0. The Board discussed the consideration of sharing a Superintendent with another district. Also discussed was the need for a curriculum director if the district has a shared Superintendent. Stoltenberg moved to pursue discussions with Jeff Kruse as a shared Superintendent, Wilhelm seconded; motion carried 5-0. Wilhelm moved to adjourn, Stoltenberg seconded; motion carried 5-0. Meeting was adjourned 12:15 p.m.
