Minutes of the Public Hearing

East Sac County Community School District

April 21, 2014


The public hearing was called to order by Rodman at 6:00 p.m. at the East Sac County Elementary School Sac
City. Present were Rodman, Wilhelm, Drost, Lynch, and Stoltenberg. Also in attendance were Supt. Fiene,
Principal Fischer, 12 staff members, 3 visitors, and 4 media representatives.

The purpose of the hearing was to hear public input regarding the proposed calendar for 2014-15. The Board
discussed the proposed staff work days at the end of the year. There were no additional comments from the
visitors.

Wilhelm moved to adjourn the public hearing, Drost seconded; motion carried 5-0. Hearing was adjourned 6:07
p.m.
