Ingredients
1!! grams paneer
" teac#ps mi$ed boiled vegetables %carrots& french beans& green peas& potatotes'
( tomatoes
" onions
1 teaspoon ginger)garlic paste
1*" teaspoon t#rmeric po+der %haldi'
" teaspoons coriander po+der
1 1*" teaspoons chilli po+der
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teac#p milk
( tablespoons fresh cream
( tablespoons ghee
salt to taste
ghee for deep frying
silver foil for decoration

Method
1. ,rate the onions.
". P#t the tomatoes in hot +ater. After 1! min#tes& take off the skin and chop.
(. C#t the paneer into small pieces and deep fry in ghee.
-. .eat the ghee in vessel and fry the onons for a fe+ min#tes.
5. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1*" min#te.
. Add the chopped tomatoes& t#rmeric po+der& coriander po+de& chilli po+der& garam
masala and salt. /ry for at least ( to - min#tes.
0. Add the boiled vegetables& milk& cream and fried paneer pieces.
1. Cook for a fe+ min#tes.
2. Serve hot decorated +ith silver foil.
