How to make Egg Curry

Main Ingredient : Egg Servings : 4 persons

Ingredients used in Egg Curry

• Salt - 1 to taste. • Chilli pdr - 1 teaspoons.


• Turmeric - 1 pinch. • Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Chopped chilli - 3 piece. • Fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander pdr - 1 tablespoons. • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped onion - 3 numbers. • Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin - 1 teaspoons. • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin pdr - 1 teaspoons. • Tamrind juice - 100 ml.
• Eggs - 10 numbers.

Method:
1. Heat oil in a vessel and mustard seeds and let them splutt er. Now add methi seeds, cumin and add onions,
curry leaves and fry.
2. Add chopped onions and green chillies and fry ti ll they turn light brown. Add ginger garlic paste.
3. Now add chilli pwdr, turmeric pwdr, coriander pwdr and cumin pwdr, mix well and saute for few seconds.
4. Add tamarind extract and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar and reduce heat and let it
simmer for 10 mts. Add the boiled and fried eggs and let it cook in the gravy for 3 minutes or ti ll you get the
required gravy consistency.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve this hot with steamed rice or roti s.
