Summer 2 Week 3
Penalty Shoot Out!
Our sponsored penalty shoot out took place on Tuesday. Lots of children and staff
came in football shirts to show their support and to celebrate the World Cup. All
children from F2 to Y6 took part and had 5 shots each.
We raised a massive 1,025.68!!
Some of the money will be going to Barnsley Football Club Foundation and some of
the money will be going back into school funds for new PE equipment and kit.
We will be revealing which children won prizes for scoring goals next week.
A big thank you to everybody who took part and donated!
A very special Forest Schools!
We had a very special Forest schools
session this week! Three other schools
with children who have a Resourced Pro-
vision joined our children to spend the
day in the Forest with Gilly! It was magi-
cal! Have a look on the CIRP blog to find

Film Club
Next weeks Film Club is the last one
before the summer break!

Staff training Day
The school and Childrens Centre will be
closed for staff training on Monday 8th
of September. The first day back after
the summer break will be Tuesday 9th
September.
Shuffle up!
All children will be moving up to their new
classes for the last two weeks of term
starting w/c 7th July with the exception
of Nursery. If you have any questions or
