This week we will be continuing with prepositions. We will be watching a
Youtube video / song on the topic and learning to sing it as a group.
We will recap what we learnt last week, classroom objects and the
prepositions, leading into a l! swat activit!. " will divide the class into two
teams and the! will use the l! swats to show #above, behind, under, and ne$t
to%.
We will review objects, eelings and colours as some o the students are still
unsure o these basics. " ound that when combining past weeks vocabular!
with the new vocabular! some o them had alread! orgotten.
Worksheets identi!ing prepositions through colour b! number. &or e$ample,
on top is blue, below is red, ne$t to is green.

We will practice the beginning sounds o the irst hal o the alphabet this week.
We will be looking at all the dierent letters and will tr! to ind as man! words
that begin with that letter as we can.
We will also pla! a matching game on the board which will have the students
match the letters with dierent objects that begin with that letter sound.

review letter sounds and names.
We will pla! a l!swat games where
we will let the students come up in
pairs and take turns using
l!swatters to touch the letter ater
listening or the sound.
We will also practice some
blending b! sounding out the
sounds o the dierent letters.
