SWOT ANALYSIS

Strengths
> It accommodates most teachers desire to
maintain control
> Can be used very successfully in behavior
modification programs
> It is simplistic
> Standards behavior are uniform , consistent, and
clear to all students
Weaknesses
> Students may not know how to govern their own
behavior.

> The results might not last long
Opportunities
> Teacher could identify the level of the students.
> Pupils that are weak can become a good learner
(remedial teaching).
> Pupils that are advance and excellent could
enhance their skills and knowledge (enrichment
activities).
>Student have the opportunity to learn through
ICT
Threats
> Teachers demonstrate skill are weak.
> Pupils are less cooperative.
> Some school doesn't provide ICT
facilities.

BEHAVIORAL MODEL

Strengths
> Students with different ability could mix together.
> The type of grouping with similar ability group is
suitable for teaching and learning of certain skills
such as M3.
> In grouping, the teacher will appoint a leader for
each group to shoulder certain specific duties-this
will make the student become more responsible.
> Through simulation, pupils will be able to
indicate or find the way to solving a certain
problem created during acting
Weaknesses
>Teacher required to spend some time to
teach slow learning pupils. When the
other group are in progress.
>Needed a lot of material to make the
activities more attractive .

Opportunities
> Students can improve their social skills through
group works.
> Students with hidden talents can be identified.
Threats
> Might cause a mislead
> Not all people are involved
>Might take a lot of time
