Title of Lesson Jumping Froggies Focused Domain Cognitive(Math)

Goal:
Introduce children to even numbers.

Objective:
Students will recognize and classify even numbers end in 0 2 4 6 8 10

Procedure
Post a large number line on the board from 0 to 10 in 2. The magnetic frog will be jumping in
2s with repetition students will learn to count in twos.

Advanced Preparation:
Create the number line.

List Materials:
Construction paper, markers, tape, and magnetic frogs.

Developmental Benefits:
Cognitive, Social, Language, physical, Gross and Fine Motor Skills.

Future Plans:
Introduce children to Odd or Even.
