Inclusions:
Hook-up at (2) locations of power for (7) new modular furniture work stations.
(2) new 1 1/4" conduit stubs at columns for data feeds to (7) new modular furniture workstations.

Alternate Inclusions:
Lamps for all 2'X4' light fixtures and recesed can lights in lobby, open office, and small perimeter offices.
(1) CAT5 Phone wire and (1) CAT5 data wire to each work station.
Punch down to owner provided furniture Data/ Phone outlets (part of modular furniture).

Exclusions:
Furniture set-up and final placement by others.
Connectors, adapters, receptacles, etc., for furniture equipment by others.
ALL data and phone equipment. Existing.
Light fixture ballasts and/ or troubleshooting and repair. Available on a T&M basis.
