QUESTION: Explain the circle in the case with the off between arun sethi and Ramesh kapoor ?
ANSWER: Firstly the crisis was
LACK OF IGNORANCE
There existed lack of ignorance in ramesh . he never wants to appreciate aruns work . he always
complained about his work
SECONDLY ATTITUDE
Tere was a problem in attitude of Ramesh he was always very much egoistic .his attitude was not
positive towards his employee.
THIRDLY PERCEPTION
There was a difference in the perception. Arun was too much used from his perception


QUESTION : What would you have done if you were in aruns hoes ?
ANSWER:
If I would have been on aruns shoes , I would have talked to my seniors regardly my problem
Initially I would have also adjusted like arun, because many a time we may be wrong and our senior
may be right
I would have offered an intellectual openness with my boss . so as to solve my and his problem
mutually .
I would have done my self-evaluation so as to where I am wrong in my performance.
He was a boss , he was suppose to motivate his employees . but other then that he use to
demotivate them and haress them.

QUESTION: What implications do you see in terms of conceptual. Frame work of sentivity and
empathy?
ANSWER:Implications that I see in terms of conceptual framework are:
GOAL OBJECTIVE,
The company in which arun sethi was working was not goal oriented because its employees were
not efficient working .
LACK OF LOCUS OF CONTROL
There was lack of locus of control in arun. Gradually he managed to avoid the implications of his
boss and his activities but after a period of time he lost locus of control.
PERSON AND THE SITUATION
Person and the situations that were evolving around in this organisation was the major implication
situation were the major drawback of the company and it resulted due to mis-management
MAKING DECISION
The superior were taking in decision making . they were loosing there efficient employees and still
they didnt bothered to counsel or talk to him.
