Ms. Amor:

This refers to the rice you obtained on credit from our client,
Universal Grains Corporation in the sum of P53,266.60.

The Allied Bank Check No. 0211718 dated March 28, 2013 you
issued in payment of the rice was dishonored on April 1, 2013 for the reason
of insufficiency of funds, and again on August 6, 2013 for the reason
Account Closed.

By this letter, a final demand is made upon you the pay and settle in
full the above obligation, including Fifteen Percent (15%) thereof by way of
Attorneys Fees, within five (5) days from receipt hereof.

Should you fail to comply, we shall certainly sue you in court, not
only to collect the amount, but also to exact your criminal liability for Estafa
for which our laws prescribe imprisonment by way of penalty.

We hope to keep this out court by your prompt action in this matter.
