    UHS 2052

    Individual Assignment
    Marks : 15%
    Instructions:
    Find a video or a video segment which
    shows a miscommunication.
    Describe what is the
    miscommunication as in the video.
    Suggest three ways on how to avoid
    the miscommunication as in the video.
    Each suggestion must be
    accompanied by a reference from an
    author of a book/a journal. All
    citations must be written in the
    reference.
    Instructions
    Your write up must contain:
    1. Table of Contents
    2. Introduction
    3. Description of the miscommunication
    4. Suggestions (with references) on how to
    avoid the miscommunication.
    5. Conclusion
    6. References
    7. Appendix ( the video)
