    REPORT (WEEK 1)

    DETAILS ACTIVITIES

    Venue : Kompleks
    Akademik A (KAA)
    Date : 2 Oct 2014
    Time : 4.30pm 6.00pm

    1. As we planned, we had our first meeting for LAX
    2011.

    2. All group members were present, who are :-
    - Jeevasheny Anang (180107)
    - Yap Rui Ping (177700)
    - Nyon Xin Yi (179829)
    - Amar Zulhilmi Bin Ali Sidek (178026)
    - Chong Jin Mei (176998)
    - Aesil Fouad Hasan Ali (176959)

    3. One of the issues discussed during the meeting
    was the need to appoint a leader for the group.

    4. Tasks that needed attention were divided fairly to
    all group members.

    5. The theme of the first comic strip was discussed
    and agreed upon.

    6. The details of the comic strip were discussed in
    detail and eventually several good ideas were
    formulated.

    7. It was decided that the location for the second
    meeting would be held at the same venue.

    8. After everything was discussed and all doubts
    were cleared, the meeting was then concluded.
