I want to give you a quick outline of
expectations for this school year.
Check your childs planner daily,
you will only need to sign if there is
a note for you.
Homework and Spelling words will
be assigned weekly, a packet will be
sent home on Fridays and are to be
returned the following Friday.
Spelling tests will be on Friday
mornings.
Students will be assigned a few
projects this year, the students are
expected to do the project with little
or no assistance from parents. I
assign projects to students not
parents, meaning, it should look as
though a child did the project.
I am available to you. Please
contact me with any concerns,
questions, or feedback.

Welcome! I am so pleased to have
your child in my class! We are going
to have an exciting year learning,
growing, and playing.
I am a graduate of Flagler
College, Tallahassee. I have lived in
Tallahassee for 10 years. I have two
boys, two dogs, a hamster, and a
husband. I love to read, craft,
drink coffee and diet coke, and I
have a terrible sweet tooth.
I am the Sunday preschool
coordinator at my church. I love
working with children and my
absolute favorite thing is to see
children learn and grow!
I am looking forward to this school
year being awesome! I hope you and
your child are too. This year will be
a lot of work for the students, but
they will be ready for 4th grade!
