1. Visit one of the on-going Construction Projects near your place. Ask from the owner or
the project-in-charge the type of construction management contracting system being
employed by the project. Determine also who are the project stakeholders.
- This construction project is located at giporlos eastern samar, my grandmothers
house. The project stakeholders are flora amistoso and timothy stout.

2. What is the projects objective, scope, schedule and cost?

-The projects objective is to build a simple and cheap single storey house

-the Projects scope and schedule is to finish constructing the house on the month of
October because my grandparents are just temporarily staying at my aunts house because
their previous house were destroyed by YOLANDA.

-Project rough estimate cost is 600,000 pesos
