Ideation and Innovation Center Design: The objective was to prepare a conceptual framework for
designing and detailing a benchmark ideation and innovation center for ITC Limited.
Embarked upon a voluntary PR exercise to visit benchmark innovation centers and interact with key
personnel to supplement theory with actual observations. Located bottlenecks in existing pilot
setup, estimated upgradation required to meet existing and future demands of Product
Development team.

Applied concept of dynamic similitude to integrate manufacturing processes of all cigarette
factories of ITC to achieve better consistency, repeatability, efficiency and flexibility. This was not
part of the initial project goals.
