POGRESS REPORT

The Villa is now on plastering phase. Architect Mohammad Suquer and Architect
Christopher Cadiente conducted an inspection during the plastering works and
according to what they saw, the plastering works is nearly half of completion.

Another shot from the rear side of the building showing the scaffoldings are already
installed and preparing for plastering.

At the rear side (west side) of the building, the plastering works are almost done.
Archt. Suquer and Site Manager Mr. Mhalik checking the alignment of plastering of the
wall.

At the corner of the building, some adjustments for plastering should be given for
consideration to be aligned properly.

Inside the villa (from right: Salon & bathroom b/n Salon & Living Room) the plastering
works for Salon are almost done.

Wall plastering in dining area are almost done and ready for wall finishing.

They also initiate the plastering at the living room. All windows and skylights are ready
to install after wall finishing.

Corridors and bedroom walls are also plastered.

Roughing-in of kitchen walls are done for tiling works.

This is Faraj (Contractor for masonry works) checking for the wall if it is aligned using
tubular steel. Together w/ Mr. Mahlik)

modification on some of bedrooms wall.

At the master bathroom, walls are also ready for tiling works.

Light wells are not yet plastered.

At the roof deck, plastering are almost done and some masonry works (block works) are
ongoing.

Shots from Master Bedroom, wall plastering/roughing-in for wall tiles are almost done.
Together with Arch. Suquer, he is discussing about the two light well to be remove on
the floor slab of the Master Bathroom.

Gym(Above) and Swimming Pool Area(Below), block works are still ongoing.
