Fadi,

As per the AEB instruction, HVAC works will be carried out by the M/S Khimji from where Iskan has
completed. AEB looks forward the saving for the rest of HVAC works.
HVAC value comprises with BOQ amount + HVAC variation Amount.
Hence , saving for the above work to be calculated as below.
Saving for the BOQ value
Saving for the Variation Amount
1).Saving for the BOQ value = BOQ value for HVAC Iskan Completed works (only duct works)
Tender drawing value is 30% higher than the BOQ value ( this value reflects in the variation and
probably AEB may concern the saving from this value)

2) Saving for the variation = Total variation amount {Iskan completed works (only duct works)+Power
supply amount)

Ex- Villa 1 ( if 100 % duct work done by Iskan)

BOQ Value - 25,000
Ducting work value = 1870/Saving from the BOQ = 25000 -1870 = 23,130 - A
Variation Value 16,976
Ducting works - 1,280
Saving from the Variation = 16,976 -1280 = 15,696 - B

Total saving for HVAC = (A+B) = (38,826)
