Miss Kautzers

5th Grade

ALL

students are able to eat breakfast with

the BIC Program (Breakfast in the
Classroom).

Sit down at our assigned table in the cafeteria.

Know if you want breakfast choice 1 (with white
or chocolate milk) or the Cereal & Yogurt
Breakfast (with white milk).
At 7:45 follow your class quietly through the
breakfast kiosk. Remember your manners and
Thank Yous as we pass through the line.
SILENT all the way down the hallway.
Once most of us are seated at our desks, we may
begin eating!

If

you are turning in lunch

money, this should be done
before you come to class!
The money should be
labeled with your name and
grade.
The very FIRST thing you
will do everyday when
entering the classroom is to
make your lunch choice.

Once you make a choice,

there is NO switching.

You

will be given two lunch cards: green & red.

Each card matches a different lunch choice. This
is to ensure all students get to eat what they
signed up for. You MUST put your card (Green or
Red) into the envelope below the lunch chart.
These will be passed out after recess. Lunch
cards are stored in your mailbox.

GREEN Card (Choice 1); RED Card (Choice 2)

Use

the RESTROOM and/or wash your hands

BEFORE you go to lunch, if needed. You will NOT
be allowed to leave the lunch room during lunch.
No outside food (takis, chips, drinks, etc.) is
allowed if you are taking school lunch
NO sharing food of any kind.
BE LEADERS by following all lunchroom
procedures!

BLUE

PINK for GIRLS
If the pass is available,
place it on your desk and
go (no need to ask).
Use the closest bathroom
Do NOT go in the middle
of a lesson or
presentation (unless its
an emergency).
YOU are responsible
to find our what you
missed.
If you abuse this
privilege, you will
lose it!

It

is key to stay clean and healthy this year.

USE

the RESTROOM BEFORE Recess.

Make GOOD CHOICEs on the playground and BE
SAFE!
Problems on the playground should be handled on
the playground. Tell the teacher on duty. (If I was
not outside with you, I didnt see the problem, and
will not be able to best help you!)
Injuries on the playground MUST be reported to the
teacher on duty. If you fell down, but are not
injured, you may keep on playing.
As soon as the whistle blows, hustle to the line.

Line up in designated line

Face the front, criss-cross on your bottom, no talking

You

may never leave the playground without a

duty-teachers permission.

You

of the computers,
laptops, chromebooks,
printers, activotes,
Ipads, and any other
technology you use.
Be prepared to follow
procedures when using
technology.
You can lose your
privileges at any time.

LINE is considered one person in front of

the other, with everyone facing forward.
DO NOT cut in line or argue over spots we
will all be going to places together we will
all get there.
Please set a good example for the person
behind you and the classes that will pass us
in the hall.
There is NO TALKING in line at any time.
This means NO WHISPERING either.

Sometimes we will have to wait in line in the

hall. Please be patient and wait silently. There
will often be time to talk when we get to our
destination!
