District Level English Public Speaking Competition

3.1

Pn Normala announced that there will be a district level English public speaking
competition which will be organized by our panel

3.2

Pn Normala informed the rules and regulations of the competiton to the other
teachers

3.3

The English teachers and their duties for the event are as follows :

Pn Normisiah asked Pn Normala to invite anyone from PPD to be our chief guest
for the event.

OTHER MATTERS
4.1 Pn Maimunah informed that the mural has to be completed by English Society
members as soon as possible.
4.2 Pn Normala said the students will work on it as soon as their exam finish.
4.3 Pn Maimunah suggested the panel to buy some thesaurus and English dictionary .
