Media Accreditation

GALATI, 07-08.02.2015

The access of journalists to the meeting between the national teams of Romania and
Spain in the Fed Cup - to be held at "Danube" Arena in Galati during the period 0708.02.2015 - including to the press center and areas for media may only be made on
the basis of the accreditation.
To that end, we kindly ask you to send us the attached form duly completed and a photo
on the address: fedcup@frt.ro.
The photo attached to the registration form shall comply with the following conditions:

format: .jpeg, .gif or .png;

file size: must be less than 1 MB, 300 dpi resolution

image aspect ratio shall be 4x5 (passport type);

portrait should be done facing the camera, without sunglasses or hats, with a
sober attitude;

a monochrome background is recommended.

The deadline for filling and submitting the accreditation application is January 20,
2015.
The maximum number of accreditations for each media organization is two.

The accreditations shall be issued on the basis of the original identity document and
press card, after the press conference organized on the occasion of drawing the lots
(date and venue to be communicated) or at the Press Center ("Danube" Arena Galati), in
the day of competition.
The accreditation guarantees its holder the access to venue of matches, to special
areas for reporters and photographers / camera operators, to Press Center and to Press
conferences.
Media representatives are required to wear the accreditation badge at a visible place
and to present it upon request to the organizer representatives.
Media representatives wishing accommodation in Galati during Fed Cup period can
choose FALEZA HOTEL BY VEGA (www.falezahotel.ro) at preferential prices, specifying
the event Fed Cup, Romania, Spain
