our Business Development team.

Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
We need multi-tasking people who are ready to work beyond the specified
KRAs and are all-rounders. Some of the key skills we are looking for are as
below

Developing the Business and marketing strategy

Discovering ways of improving the existing services by developing
new business policies
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to capture
those
Coming up with new ideas to fill any gaps in the existing training
and development needs
Developing innovative strategies to communicate with vendors and
build trust
Maintaining relations and faith of existing customers and keep an
eye on any potential customers to capture them
Organising the marketing events and other activities to develop
new contacts

Desired Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be a good team player with a self-motivated attitude
Previous experience of working in online food ordering portal
Good organisational and planning skills
Insight into analytics and interpreting data
Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and
concepts
Must have good business understanding and passion for
sales/marketing
