Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Manager to join our rapidly growing
foodtech company. As the Sales and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving
revenue growth through the acquisition of new B2B customers and the expansion of
existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential B2B customers in the food industry
Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with new customers
Foster and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead-generation
campaigns
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
Collaborate with other teams within the company to develop new products and services
that meet the needs of our customers

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience(including freelancing) in B2B sales, preferably in the food
industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM software and sales data analysis
Strong understanding of the food industry and current trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
