rate.

WEAKNESS:The Garden Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. having A Grade

credit and running very well so weakness cant be involved
in it.

OPPORTUNITY: The Garden Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. has many opportunities
for its expansion it can expand its branches at new
industrial area. So that they attract more customers and
that will be more benefited to the company.
The Garden has good market potential so that it can
enhance or expand its business in future in different
country.

THREAT: If there will any union, it will cause problem for the
Company.
If there will any political pressure on the industrial sector
it will lead to decrease in productivity & efficiency.
If there will launching any new machinery with the
facilities more than our product have, it will binders the
progress of our product as a result it affects the progress
of the company too.
