EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In this case study, we had to choose one of our entrepreneur as our mentor. We has choose
Cik Siti Balqis, the founder of My Dulang Hantaran as our business mentor. We choose her as our
mentor is simply because of her ways of works, the company stable S.W.O.T and also her treatment
towards us during the interview session. My Dulang Hantaran is a services-based business where
they provide a budget package for the wedding tray. We will also discuss of its work measurement
and its suitability, and the financial of this company. We also choose this company as our business
mentor because of their reason to keep going the business eventhough there are some time the
company had face economical problems in term of modal and profit. This company also has stable
background check that can back they up for their skills and professionality. My Dulang Hantara also
has use the creativity technique in order to help them in producing a better design for their products
and services. However, this company lacks of the innovation department but the others aspect has
already back this company up. We will also discuss about this company strength, weaknesses,
opportunities and threat in more details and how they utilize their strength and opportunities for
their business while on how they overcome their weaknesses and threat that can force the
bankruptcy of the company. We will also show the differences between our mentor S.W.O.T and
also another company, to show clearly why we choose this company as our mentor. After we talked
all about My Dulang Hantaran company, we will show our own Business Modal Canvas (BMC)
based on what we had learn from our mentor and another two company.
