the pleasure of working with her for the past year. Cody came to work with me as a
paraprofessional.
Cody is reliable, dependable, talented, punctual and efficient. She is dedicated to her
work and to the children she works with. When she sees something that needs to be done,
she steps in and performs the necessary task. When dealing with students who are not
performing to the best of their abilities, she looks for ways to help them improve. Cody
is a caring person, but she is also committed to maintaining a high level of discipline in
the classroom. Cody has worked well with all staff members and is always willing to help
out wherever she is needed.
