Letter of Recommendation for Jeffrey Amankwah Kumi

Dear sir/madam,

I am delighted to write this letter to recommend Jeffrey Amankwah Kumi for employment as a
special needs teacher in your school. I have worked with Jeffrey for the past three years and I am
happy with the successes he has achieved during his time here. I am fortunate to be his colleague
here at the Multikids Inclusive Academy.

Jeffrey is an extremely organized and self-motivated individual and has excellent communication
skills. He can perform well within deadlines even under pressure and has the skills to lead a team
skillfully. He possesses critical thinking abilities and can analyze issues to foresee upcoming
problems and can work out solutions by going beyond the call of duty if required. He likes to
challenge himself and sets goals that may seem difficult to others but the leader and the executor
in him know how to take things forward and make them work.

He has a unique ability to motivate others and also to deliver their best. He takes interest in new
ideas and takes steps only once he understands the whole scenario. The best quality of his I have
observed is being honest and owning a mistake even if it is negligible. His working style and
efforts changed a lot in our school and the marks made by him will always remain with us.

He is a very good special needs teacher who can go to every length to get his students to
understand new concepts. It is always a delight to watch him teach as he combines humor with
active learning. I am happy he has decided to take this new route and I wish him well.
