Managers- Andrew w/ AIO
Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM
- Shari Viletto, chair of the Fallwood Social Committee, attended the first 15
minutes of the meeting to discuss the Annual Fallwood Block Party.
The Social Committee would like to use Mimms Ct. as an extension of the
block party for parking, etc. The Board advised Mrs. Viletto to contact all of
the homeowners on the court and get permission.
Neighborhood Graduation Banner- It was suggested that we use a generic
graduation banner in the future and give cards to each individual graduate.
The Board discussed this and decided that at this time we will stick to what
weve been doing and have all graduates on the annual graduation banner.
Shari asked if she can pay for the vendors for the block party and then be
reimbursed. Board agrees to reimburse as long as it has been approved first
(within 7 days).
Kona asks for $25 deposit. Fun-O-Rama requires a 50% deposit. Board asked
about rain datesShari will check to see if rain dates will be available from
any and all vendors and get back with us.
Pool parking lot light Shari asked if we could look into installing a light in
the pool parking lot. The Board agrees that this is a great idea and will look
in to it.
Board unanimously approves 1st Annual Fallwood Block Party on May 30th with
a budget of $516.95, subject to rain out date. We need to know that the
above deposits are refundable.
- Financials - Reviewed financials. Troy motioned to approve the financials. All
approved. Financials to be posted by Amy.
- Pool fence - RGS came back and reset the posts. RGS has been paid.
Andrew will check on the wood slats that are horizontal on the fencewhy

are they there? This fence will be added to the bid for the annual fence
repair. It needs to be sealed and restored and may need more posts
replaced.
- Detention pond fence Grant to have APEX give quote to fix the small
section of fence. There is a damaged panel. Amy suggests getting a quote
from them for the neighborhood fence as well since they did a great job with
the pond fence.
Yvonne will email Grant Accurate Fence contact information.
Grant contacted Boy in a Bucket. No response to Grants calls as of yet.
Possibly separate the fence repair into two projectsget the fence in good
structural condition from a fence company and then have a paint company
do the painting.
Board discussed doing the project in three phases, one phase per year for
the next three years. Phase I will be the common area up front and lots 1-15
& 58. Phase II Lots 16 -23 & 45-57. Phase III Lots 24-44.
We also need to include the gate supports and hinges in to the fence repair
and paint quotes.
Based on Amys past quotes, we have approx. 8,450 linear ft. of fence
around the neighborhood. Amy to email out a phasing chart to Board for
easier quotes.
Grant and Andrew will work on getting additional quotes on the fence.
Troy will research Angies List and provide Grant with names of highly rated
fence and paint companies.
- Neighborhood violation report discussed.
- Pool Drainage - Amy updated everyone on this after speaking with Andrew
who had contacted Splash. Splash is repairing the VGB pool drains so they
will be up to code for the county inspection. Andrew to make sure all work is
completed on the pool as far as the lights go, etc.
Next meeting: March 25th @ 7PM.
