Meeting Agenda June 17, 2015 Attendees: Amy, Troy, Grant & Yvonne Management: AIO Andrew Financials- Reviewed and accepted by all. Violations report- Reviewed and asked that all letters be sent out. Per Wild Cat Paving, cracks in pool parking lot are okay. Pool wood fence repairs-Grant will obtain quotes. Area around the pool needs pine straw and area needs to be sprayed for weeds. Hand pick weeds in planting beds. Andrew will contact RGS. Yvonne to speak to new neighbors at 828 Mimms Dr. regarding mowing of side yard common area and maintenance of bushes by the retention pond. Phase I neighborhood fence painting on schedule - looks good so far. Thank you to Grant for the planting the flowers. 9. Pool lighting - make sure that all the pool lights inside the pool are working. Grant will check on this. He will also make sure the timer is on. 10. Keys for pump room & side shed- Board to have copy of these keys. Yvonne has the keys. 11. Amy will send Troy the contact information for the locksmith for the Pool Gate. He is hard to get in touch with. We may need to look at a new lock system. 12. Revisions to the handbook-Everyone to review to see if there are any changes necessary. 13. Water fountain repair/replacement - will need to be budgeted for next year. 14. Board approved acquisition of commercial style changing tables and hand dryers. 15. ACC modifications need to be added to the mgmt. report so that the board is aware of requests. 16. Set up a meeting with the ACC to see how it’s been going. Troy will contact, Lew. 17. Due to Amy's departure, the Board decided to skip the mid-year review. We will have the November Annual HOA meeting. All agreed. 18 Board decided to operate with three members for the remainder of the year. Three positions will be voted in for the upcoming year. 19, Parking on the side of Fallwood Dr. near the entrance during school bus pickup needs to be addressed during school year - to be addressed in newsletter as well. 20. Fallwood block party - Went well, it was a good time by everyone! 21. Fallwood Facebook page - Yvonne will maintain. 22. Christiane cleaning poolhouse restrooms - Will continue as she can. 23. Pool ‘charge’ contact - Troy will take care of this and Grant will be back-up. 24, No soliciting sign removal- Jason will remove. yaenNe o ox 25. Board will review terms for board members and ACC members 26. Violation process: Troy will let Tilly know which ones need to be removed, 27.
