Fallwood HOA Meeting Minutes October 13, 2015 Attendees: Troy, Grant, Yvonne & Andrew w/AIO Report from the ACC Chairman, Lew Amick - All is going well on the ACC. Turnaround time on ACC requests is about 2 weeks unless someone on the ACCis traveling. Approximately 35 request this year. Andrew w/AIO has contracted a new software program portal for architectural requests. Yard of the month - It’s getting really tough, there are many very good yards out there. We have seen an overall improvement in yards this year. The Board should keep up the emails that are positive for the neighborhood. After the storms this year, there are still some trees and stumps that need to be removed. Paul Kearns would like to power-wash side-walk between us and Signal Hill. Andrew to follow-up with RGS regarding area by the retention pond to see if we can get a break in price since they are not mowing that area anymore. September Financials - Reviewed and accepted financials. Pool House Winterization - Andrew will get in touch with Rooter Plus and let us know the cost. Flower watering: Grant will take care of the watering for the coming week. Jason Waits has ordered the replacement side lights for the entrance monuments and will install once received. These were stolen, along with the main lights, a few weeks ago. Grant will be in touch with Mario of Painting, etc. regarding phase two of the fence project to get on the schedule for early May 2016. Christmas Decorations - Board will handle this year. Troy will let Shari know. Scheduled for Dec 5". Pool has been draining for last 2 weeks. Andrew to find out why it is still draining.Violations Report - We have not received reports for the last two months. Andrew will look into it. New system coming into play in November. Andrew has developed a new letter process. He will share this with us. Letters sound like reminders. Very optimistic that this will be a positive. First letter will be more of a courtesy notification. 2016 Budget - Reviewed and approved with minor changes. All agreed to increase the social budget to $1,320 for 2016. Grad Banner will go to Misc. expense. Reviewed annual agenda; Troy will make a few changes and finalize. Next meeting - No meeting for November because of Annual meeting scheduled for Thursday November 19" @ 7PM. December HOA Board meeting scheduled for Wed Dec 9". Meeting adjourned at 9:30pm
