My name is Jessica Julander. I am the oldest of seven kids, and a freshman at BYU-I studying
Communications.

Experience
Broulims Courtesy Clerk

3-29-13 to 11-20-14

I worked as a courtesy clerk in Broulims Front End Department. I bagged customers groceries and
retrieved carts from the cart corrals in inclement weather. Some of my other responsibilities included
some janitorial tasks which included, but not limited to: Mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms,
cleaning up spilled food and broken containers, cleaning windows, and taking out garbages. We also
returned misplaced items to their rightful shelves, and assisted customers. This job was heavily
customer service oriented, so I am comfortable talking to people, seeing that they are satisfied with
their service and getting the help that they need.
Subway Sandwich Artist

3-7-14 to 5-30-14

As an employee of Subway, I started some of my shifts at 6 a.m. and prepped for the day. I counted
the money in the safe and in the till, I prepped the food and condiments, baked the bread, and I
assembled the sandwich station. I opened the store at 7 a.m., and worked until the next employee
came in at 8 a.m. , so I learned how to problem solve on my own. This job was heavily customer
service oriented as well.

Education
Madison High School-Homeschool

2012-2014

I was homeschooled, but I dual-enrolled at Madison High School. I took seminary and choir, AP
Biology, Math, English, and electives I was interested in. During my junior year, I tested out and
finished high school using my scores from the ACT, and the Reading and Math Compass tests. I
started at BYU-I in Fall 2014 instead of attending my senior year.

Currently I am in my second semester at BYU-I, as a Communications Major with an emphasis in

Video Production.
