To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working as Cynthia Alexandres administrator since the
beginning of the 2014-2015 school year. Mrs. Alexandre has exhibited an unrelenting
enthusiasm for her teaching and her students. Her classes are well organized and highly
structured so that she can maximize the time that she has with her students. Mrs. Alexandre is
extremely knowledgeable in her field and consistently provides multiple opportunities for
students to engage with literature and to also use technology to access information.

Mrs. Alexandre is also involved in other activities above and beyond her regular teaching
duties. She facilitates a group of students who research and produce their own newspaper. She
publishes a quarterly library newsletter to keep faculty and staff fully informed about the
wonderful opportunities and events in her library. She also maintains a website and twitter
account to communicate all of the great events and opportunities in her library.

Mrs. Alexandre is also a member of the Positive Behavior Intervention Support team.
Where she also publishes a PBIS newsletter. She has also written and received several Spark
grants which allowed for further expanding opportunities for students.

I highly recommend Cynthia Alexandre for a teaching position. Please do not hesitate to
contact me at Colleen.Caswell@ppsd.org or 401-453-8601.
Sincerely,
Colleen L. Caswell
