Urging the Peoples Survival Fund Board of Director to Facilitate the Immediate
Signing of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) by the President to enable
the Local Government of Bagumbayan to Access the Allocated Fund Intended for
Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction Program sent to the
Department of Budget and Management forwarded to Secretary Mary Ann Lucille
Sering for advice.
Kindly be informed that the PSF Board had met twice and discussed the publication
of the revised IRR where they agreed to request from the President its publication.
We will be publishing the IRR once the President approves its publication.
