RESOLUTION NO. 375-2017

RESOLUTION ADOPTING/APPROVING THE REPROGRAMMING OF THE

UNUSED QUICK RESPONSE FUND OF THE LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION
MANAGEMENT (LDRRM) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2016 AMOUNTING TO FIVE
MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO
PESOS AND THIRTY ONE CENTAVOS ( PHP 5,980,572.31), TO STRENGTHEN THE
RESPONSE CAPABILITY OF THE LOCAL DISASTER RESPONSE GROUP.

Presented to the body for consideration was Resolution No. 005-02 series of 2017
approving the reprogramming of the unused quick response fund for calendar year 2016
amounting to P 5,980,572.31.

WHEREAS, there is a need to reprogram the said unused quick response fund for
calendar year 2016 to be used to strengthen the local quick response group.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Hon. Rene G. Molina duly seconded

by Hon. Manuel C. Lalaguna, the Sanggunian;

RESOLVED, as it is resolved, to adopt and approve the Reprogramming of the unused

Quick Response Fund of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management (LDRRM) for
Calendar Year 2016 amounting to Five Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy Two Pesos and Thirty One Centavos ( Php 5,980,572.31), to strengthen the response
capability of the Local Disaster Response Group.
