    TNBL Rules & Regulations 2015

    First Ever Badminton Carnival for Corporates in Chennai


    1. Tournament will be conducted in 6 Categories as follows
    U 13 Boys Singles
    U 13 Girls Singles
    U 15 Boys Singles
    U 15 Girls Singles
    U 17 Boys Singles
    U 17 Girls Singles
    2. Tournament will be conducted in accordance with the current Rules and Regulations
    adopted by the World Badminton Federation.
    3. XTRM XB-500 Feather Shuttles will be used for the Tournament.
    4. Fixtures will be made by Chief referee of Tamilnadu Badminton Association 2 days prior to
    the event.
    5. All Matches will be Knockout basis.
    6. Scoring System Knock-out :
    A match consists of the best of 3 games of 21 points.
    The side winning a rally adds a point to its score.
    At 20 all, the side which gains a 2 point lead first, wins that game.
    At 29 all, the side scoring the 30th point, wins that game.
    The side winning a game serves first in the next game.
    7. Interval and Change of Ends
    When the leading score reaches 11 points, players have a 60 second interval.
    2 minutes interval between each game is allowed.
    In the third game, players change ends when the leading score reaches 11 points.
    8. Only Non-Marking shoes are allowed during Play.
    9. All Registration process to be done through Lets Have Fun Android App only.
    10. Limited Entries only allowed no more entries allowed after the cut-off date.
    11. Registration of Player will be confirmed upon Payments only.

    12. Payment can be made either by Cheque, Demand Draft, Online (Strictly Before Last Date)

    13. All participants must carry their valid School ID card which will subjected to verification if
    needed.
    14. All Participants must carry their valid proof for Date of Birth.
    15. Disciplinary Committee which has the power to sanction Members, players, coaches,
    competition officials or other Persons for infringement of the Codes of Conduct.
