To find out causes of Absenteeism in Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala (P) Ltd

To find out the rate of Absenteeism in Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala (P) Ltd.
To study employees working conditions in Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala (P)
Ltd.
To know the corrective measures taken by the co. to reduces the rate of
Absenteeism.
To identify factors that motivates the employees, which minimise
absenteeism.

PERIOD OF THE STUDY:

Duration of this study is only 41 days starting from 20th April 2015 to 30th May
2015.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The study is descriptive in nature

TYPES OF DATA USED FOR THE STUDY

In this study, the foremost data collection instrument used is the questionnaire
method. Apart from this, the research instrument consists of primary data and
secondary data collected for the study.
Primary data: Here first-hand information is obtained by
distributing printed questionnaire to employees of Vaidyaratnam
Oushadhasala (P) Ltd
Secondary data: Secondary data was collected from the company
journals and the related websites.
