school. I have known Gabe for two years, during which time he worked as a
substitute teacher in my building. He has a tremendous amount of energy and a
passion to work with students. Not only is he a dedicated professional, his heart is
focused on doing what is best for students.
Gabe has a natural ability to build positive relationships with staff and
students, guiding students in making positive life choices and communicating
effectively with all members of the educational environment. I am a high school
special education teacher, and I have been consistently impressed with Gabriels
ability to break down information in order to assist resource students. He is very
patient when working one-on-one with students, listening to their needs and
reinforcing instruction. Our students love to have him substitute because he has
genuine concern about their well being and is able to relate information to them
clearly.
