Pursuant to FRCP 6(b)(1)(A) and CVLR 7(g), the Defendants in this action

respectfully move the District Court of Guam for an order staying all further

proceedings herein until the United States Supreme Court issues its decision in the
pending writ petition case of DeBoer v. Snyder, 772 F.3d 388 (6th Cir. 2014), cert,

granted, - S.Ct. -, Nos. 14-556, 14-562, 14-571, 14-574, 2015 WL 213650 (Jan. 16,

2015). In the alternative, the Defendants move the District Court for an extension of
time to file a response to the Plaintiffs' Complaint, motion for summary judgment, and
request for preliminary injunction.
