Conform the medical clinic center and Medical check list

from CAEL
(As discussed with civil department manager, Qcon prefer
to go with Premium care)

medical center for fitness certificate.
2. Specific test for drivers.
3. Regardless of the location, if you have work/contract
with RG, need to undergo for defensive driving training.

Arrangement of Site Facilities (Air conditioned cabin,

Rest shelters, Drinking water shelter etc...) on site
immediately after receiving ECPW.
Mr.Esmail will list out the above requirements and
manpower list to discuss with Civil department manager to
finalize.
Request Administration manager to arrange lunch for Qcon
manpower with Amwaj Catering.
After list out the manpower list, Mr.Esmail will provide
the list to Mr. Kulchandra Poudel to get approval prior
to request Amwaj.

safety shoes etc... for Qcon manpower
