SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do
hereby name, constitute, and appoint __________, likewise of legal
age, and with residence and postal address at __________ to be my

employment benefits from Filminera Resources Corporation of
Puro, Aroroy, Masbate;

3. To receive whatever is due from the aforesaid corporation,
whether in cash or in check; and
4. To make, sign, and execute for and in my behalf, any and all
documents evidencing receipt of my aforesaid claim.
GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full
power and authority to do and perform every act and thing
whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I might or could
do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
