PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Prepararation:
1.Insert 11/2 blind at E1505C, E-1605B, E-1605A tail
pipes to RG hotwelll and E1605C vapor line to RG
hotwell.
2. Dismantle union joint from
TSP injection line to still
second ejector.

4. Connect hose at E1605C vapor line.

Performing Chemical
Cleaning:
1. Top up TSP into injection
drum

2. Splash of TSP can cause
injury. TSP is high in pH ~13
and very corrosive

1. Follow proper lifting posture

during lifting and pouring TSP
into the drum.
2. Wear rubber gloves, apron,
mask respirator with organic
vapor catridge and safety
glass.

2. Introduce hot water into the

drum

3. Stir the mixture of hot water

opening compressed air valve
to the pump.
