FABRICATION OF VERTICAL SIDE WALL MOSAIC

POLISHING DEVICE
SYNOPSIS
The existing mosaic polishing machine is capable of polishing
mosaic tiles on the floor only. It is not possible to polish the mosaic
tiles laid on the sidewall mosaic tiles I stone by manually. This is a
tedious process and takes more time. The objectives of this project
of this project are to develop polishing device for the sidewall mosaic
floor corners etc.

The above problem can be solved by a reciprocating action of

polishing stone like a ordinary labour work. In this side wall mosaic
polishing device the rotating motion of the motor is converted into
reciprocating motion by employing crank and slotted link mechanism.

By this process side wall mosaic polishing device we can polish

the side wall mosaics, ground floors, corners of the wall columns and
beams etc. the proposed side wall mosaic polishing machine
occupies less space and is economical when compared with the
labor.
